We work closely with customers to capture critical design parameters to insure they are translated to design to meet functional needs within budget.

Furthermore, we use concurrent engineering and design, employing the voice of the customer as well as designing for manufacturing to generate detailed designs.

RPE also provides design and engineering support, especially with respect to engine components. This capability can be used to varying degrees depending upon a customer’s need and project. Engineering support is available to suggest a better material or a design tweak that will allow a part to be produced a little less expensive or perform better. At the other end of the spectrum, RPE has some customers who simply have an idea and ask RPE to turn that idea into a functional components or assembles.
